“Golden Rain” is the nickname of Cassia fistula, the school tree of NTNU. The Golden Rain Tree Festival is an annual event of student clubs in NTNU. The Golden Rain Tree Festival gives the clubs a chance to show their features and culture, and it is also an opportunity for them to gain popularity. From March to May, “Golden Rain Week”, “Club Evaluation Criteria Orientation and File Compilation Workshop”, “Club Evaluation” and “NTNU Centennial and SHITUO Ceremony” will be held successively. In addition, this festival is combined with the elements of 100th anniversary celebration; Therefore, “NTNU Centennial and SHITUO Ceremony” will be held in order to celebrate NTNU centennial.
